Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy explains how SELLVANA (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery across Pakistan.

 


SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone/WhatsApp may be required

We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders.

 

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING AREAS

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.


If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and cancel/refund your order.

 

SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIME


Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances


 

 

 

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING CHARGES

 

  • Shipping charges are Calculated at checkout – INSERT YOUR MODEL]
  • Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout

 

SECTION 5 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:


  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
  • You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system

 

SECTION 6 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available across most locations in Pakistan
  • Please ensure:
    • You are available at the time of delivery
    • You provide a valid phone number


We may cancel COD orders if:


  • Confirmation is not completed
  • Order history shows repeated cancellations

 

SECTION 7 – FAILED DELIVERY

Delivery may fail if:


Customer is unreachable

  • Incorrect address is provided
  • Customer refuses to accept the parcel

 

In such cases:

  • The order may be canceled
  • Future orders may require advance payment


SECTION 8 – DELAYS & LIABILITY

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

 

SECTION 9 – DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged or
  • Incomplete

You must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours
  • Provide proof (photos/videos)


We will investigate and offer:

 

  • Replacement or
  • Refund (as per our Refund Policy)


SECTION 10 – ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address
  • Accurate contact details


We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
